- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Timeframes
Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Delivery times (excluding weekends and public holidays) are as follows:
• Victoria: approximately 5–7 business days
• New South Wales, South Australia, ACT & Queensland: 5–7 business days
• Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or courier delays.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
